Viewing an MSDS In The
HazSoft-Internet Hosted Application.

Situation:
You need to view an MSDS that is in your account.

What you do:
There are actually two different places in the program from which you can view an MSDS; The Products search page and the Inventory page.

If you want to view an MSDS from the Products search page...

1. When you first enter the program you are automatically taken to the "products" page unless you have book marked another page.
2. "Choose the type of Search" from the drop-down list box, and enter the "Name or Number" and press the "Search" button, OR click on the "Show All" button to view all the products in your facility.
3. Scroll or page through until you find the product you are looking for. The name of the product is hyperlinked to the PDF file representing the MSDS.
4. Click on the product name and, assuming you have the Acrobat Reader installed on your PC, the reader will launch and you may view and print the MSDS.
5. User your browser's "Back" button to leave the reader page and perform another search or go elsewhere in the program.

If you want to view an MSDS from the Inventory page...

1. From any page in the program choose the "inventory" link (top of the page under the HazSoft logo graphic).
2. Choose the location that you wish to view the inventory for.
3. The name of the product is hyperlinked to the PDF file representing the MSDS.
4. Click on the product name and, assuming you have the Acrobat Reader installed on your PC, the reader will launch and you may view and print the MSDS.
5. User your browser's "Back" button to leave the reader page and perform another search or go elsewhere in the program.
